Woven Polypropylene (WPP) Sacks
WPP (woven polypropylene) sacks are ideal for your products including metal fixings, plastic parts, textile and paper recycling, animal feeds and more.
They’re made from PP (polypropylene), a high-strength thermoplastic that’s incredibly flexible. The PP is extruded in tubular form, and then cut into threads that when woven together (warp and weft) forms a very strong fabric. The sack is then hemmed to stop it fraying.
You also have option to coat the woven polypropylene fabric with a thin PE layer to make your sack waterproof.

BOPP Sacks are a WPP sack with a BOPP laminated layer
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) sacks bring you all the strength of our traditional WPP sack but with an added very high-quality photo image made by laminating a thin BOPP layer to the outside.
Our 8-colour printing will give you sharp, colourful and accurate print designs, while our BOPP film brings you a waterproof and moisture-resistant surface – ideal for storing your product outside. We can produce your sacks with either a block bottom or sewn bottom, and if you opt for sewn bottom, you’ll have the choice of pillow sack or gusseted sack.
