Vented or Ventilated bulk bags are an ideal way to store logs allowing them to air and dry which helps to stop the build up of mildew.
Vented bulk bags are produced from 26 stripe vented fabric on all 4 sides and the base of the bag.
All of our vented bulk bags are open top with a flat base, with a safe working load of 1000kg and safety factor 5:1 (single use).
Vented and Mosquito fabric bulk bags are also an ideal way to store logs allowing them to air and dry. They are often used for kiln dried logs allowing moisture and damp to be released from the logs when stored.
Vented and Mosquito fabric bulk bags are produced from 2 sides of 26 stripe vented fabric and 2 sides of mosquito net fabric.
Net sacks are perfect for storing logs, kindling, vegetables and shellfish, making them suitable for all different types of industries.
The net used for the sacks can be produced to any size or colour and from 3 different types of fabrics. Our sacks can also include a UV additive to provide them with protection from sunlight degradation.
Types of fabric which can be used are;
Barrow bags are smaller in size than a standard or vented bulk bag and are ideal for transporting and storing logs by sack barrow.
Barrow bags have a safe working load of 500kg, and are strong enough to be reused many times.
With a barrow bag being smaller than a bulk bag, it can be moved by 1 person by hand if the product inside is light in weight, or the barrow bag can be pulled onto a sack barrow then wheeled about, whereas bulk bags need a forklift truck to move once filled. If barrow bags are filled with heavy products such as soil or stone etc, then they still have the strength in the bag to be lifted by forklift trucks.
