A Q-Bag (or Baffle Bulk Bag as they’re sometimes known) is a bulk bag/flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) that has internal baffles sewn into the four sides of the bag.
The baffles interconnect the four sides of the bulk bag, distributing the pressure evenly from the product they carry. This all helps your bulk bag to stay square when it’s full and maximise your pallet footprint.

How is the Q-Bag Constructed?
The Q-Bag features a modular design with four side panels, a base, and a top, allowing for customization to suit various needs.
The bag can be constructed with coated or uncoated fabric, and cross-corner inserts are available. Four lay-flat corner loops are included for lifting, and alternative designs may be possible upon request.
The Q-Bag adheres to strict safety standards, with a safety factor of 5:1 for single-trip usage and 6:1 for multi-trip usage.
The bag’s Safe Working Load (S.W.L.) can reach up to 2000 kilograms. Additionally, dust-proof seams can be added to the bag upon request. However, liners are not available for this specific bag type.
